Returns & Exchanges

At BIG Pharmacy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your items aren't the perfect fit or style, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are unworn and in original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the specific items from your order history that you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items back into their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from your email and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
